  Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room was well appointed. We stayed in the same room for two nights and then eight nights separated by a 12 day Kimberley camping Safari.   We booked a standard room but were upgraded to a spa room because we had about a 15 minute wait booking in due to a couple of slow elderly customers in front of us. It was nice of the hotel to do that even tho the delay was not the receptionists fault as she patiently dealt with the other customers. Reception staff very helpful. - The location - the IGA (grocer), bottle shop, Broome Museum, local bus stop and a souvenier shop are just across the street. The town beach and a cafe are a 5 min walk away and has a children's playground, wet and dry. A leisurely walk to town takes about 25 min. Two fantastic pools, onsite restaurant and plenty of parking and importantly, there are lifts!

  The facilities were great, we especially liked the idea of the outside shower! Staff were very helpful and it was good that we could leave our luggage whilst we were on a 5 day tour and we weren't even offically checking in until our return from the tour.
