  Loved the upgrade - thankyou so much! The room was everything and more than we were expecting. Right from the moment we walked up to reception until check out, everything was first class. The grounds are so well kept, easy access to the beautiful Cable Beach, the pool area, spa facilities.   I love that the adult pool is separate from the main pool. It is such a great concept that luxury hotels should embrace. The rooms are comfortable with everything you need, the staff are accommodating, polite and a credit to the management of this long standing hotel. Breakfast buffet is a very good way to start the day.   The reception staff were particularly helpful. They were offering all kinds of help before we had even asked for it.This included making bookings for day trips , flights etc., and for caring for our luggage while we were away for a few days. I loved the location, so close to our needs - shops, restaurants, market and local bus stops etc.. The pool - We enjoyed a self contained villa/suite. We were welcomed warmly by Steve and our room was changed to be nearer to our family coming in from the bush. The accommodation was great and well serviced. Being associated with nearby Matso's was a bonus. We could walk or catch the bus to town, the markets, the Museum and Cable Beach. We got the regular shuttle to the airport. Tracey and Kate looked after us in reception. We wish we could have had access to our room for a bit longer - till 12 pm on the

  We really loved the facilities, the lay out of the pavillion, it invited the outside in with all the glass windows and doors, fantastic having your very own pool to swim in, as I am 30 weeks pregnant I truly enjoyed the privacy and was able to relax.   It was our last night stay in broome so we wanted somewhere comfortable and relaxing and that is what was delivered by our stay.
