  The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and clean. I had forgotten that our room had a full mini- kitchen (refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave) so that was a nice surprise when we walked in. The pool was heated and the hotel provided pool towels. Breakfast was very good and the sweet lady making the waffle was wonderful! Was worried about the street noise, but did not hear it at all and our room as only metres away. Friend forgot his reading glasses and the hotel called as soon as they were found.

  When we checked in Angela at the front desk was so very helpful. Because we are in our 80's she was offering us a room on the first floor so we would not have to worry with elevators but we chose to be higher so we could use the balcony and watch the ocean.   I love the condo, it was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed in 206H. The patio was not very clean, but did enjoy the ducks from the inside. Pool was nice, did not get to enjoy the Lazy river due to a foot break while staying here. I would recommend. Don't understand the golf thing, because it isn' - Love the units. Spacious and has everything you could need. Kiddie pool and lazy river are great for the little ones and big pool good for older kids. Both pools have hot tub for mommies and daddies and always plenty of seating and tables. Staff is very accomodating. I have searched all over the east coast and this is by far the best value...big family looking for lots of space? Privacy for parents (master suite) and separate bathroom for the kids? Look no more! We have stayed here 4 times and

My fiancé and I have already discussed our stay next summer and we are choosing best western again.   Everything. The room we were booked for was not the right one, so the manager of the hotel gave us the Suite on the 10th floor which was 525 sq ft for the same price. I cannot how extremely we were with the hotel, the staff and the cleaning staff. They were available for all our questions, extremely helpful. Clearly the best hotel I have ever stay - The customer service, how clean the room was, and the location were excellent features of this hotel. The staff were friendly, polite and ensured we were attended to. This will become a regular destination for us.

  I was excited about the reduced golf fees set up between the resort and thirty-two golf courses in the Myrtle Beach Strands. The rates were better than I could have received at the local Senior Center. Staff was nice and rooms and hotel was clean and up to date.

  This is a great hotel and the room was awesome. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in at a hotel. The hot breakfast was wonderful. The location was close to the airport, with a free shuttle, and it wasn't very far from all the sites.
