the hotel and room were lovely
although we booked king size bed we didn't get it as they allocate first to direct bookings
that was a disappointment

Intimate, small and friendly hotel. Staff knew us by name. Enjoyed all of the extra amenities. Beautiful continental breakfast, wine & cheese reception in afternoon and the milk & cookies ( home baked!) in the evening. Turn down service and newspaper in the morning. Valet parking and free use of the bicycles made the stay!

The hotel was in a perfect location. Convenient to downtown Charleston, restaurants, shopping and all the Spoleto festival events. The pool on the 4th floor was nice, but just wish the cafe there was open on the weekdays (it was only open on Saturday during our stay). -

Comfortable, pet friendly room. Usually pet friendly rooms are the least pleasant ones in the hotel. This room was wonderful.

We enjoyed that the 3 of us had some privacy in the room with the master

less than 5 minuet drive, two traffic lights away.
Staff extremely friendly, Sarah at the front desk was quick and courteous.
The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Will be staying there again, as my daughter goes to school at Charleston Southern University. -

I was in town for a wedding and did not arrive until later in the day

It was a great deal for a very clean and spacious room (we had a king
size bed in our room, along with a comfy chair with a foot rest). It was
much cheaper than anything in downtown Charleston and even cheaper when
compared to a lot of other hotels near the airport, as well. But the
lower cost did not equal a lack of service or cleanliness. Also,

water pressure was adjustable and the shower was very roomy. The room
had everything we needed, and we especially loved having the fridge to

Kayla Brown - on desk on 6/1/13. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers in one room with a king bed and pull out couch. This was fine in the beginning but of course one person snored so loud that the rest of the group could not sleep. They did not have another room to accommodate us but Kayla Brown found us another hotel and gave us extra time to check out. She is wonderful and so very helpful.
This is a great place to stay.

It was a decent hotel for the money. It seemed clean. We were only in
and out for short periods of time, so we only took advantage of the pool
as far as ammenities go. My children enjoyed the indoor pool. -
