  The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and clean. I had forgotten that our room had a full mini- kitchen (refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave) so that was a nice surprise when we walked in. The pool was heated and the hotel provided pool towels. The location of the hotel is within walking distance to many res... vad folk säger » taurants. All in all, a very nice place to stay. - Staff were very professional and provided good service. Breakfast was very good and the sweet lady making the waffle was wonderful! Was worried about the street noise, but did not hear it at all and our room as only metres away. Friend forgot his reading glasses and the hotel called as soon as they were found.

  Everything. The room we were booked for was not the right one, so the manager of the hotel gave us the Suite on the 10th floor which was 525 sq ft for the same price. I cannot how extremely we were with the hotel, the staff and the cleaning staff. They were available for all our questions, extremely helpful. By the way did the mention that the sui... vad folk säger » te on the 10th floor was oceanfront and we had 2 balconies. Best of all was that they did not charge us extra. Clearly the best hotel I have ever stay - The customer service, how clean the room was, and the location were excellent features of this hotel. The staff were friendly, polite and ensured we were attended to. This will become a regular destination for us.

  This is a great hotel and the room was awesome. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in at a hotel. The hot breakfast was wonderful. The location was close to the airport, with a free shuttle, and it wasn't very far from all the sites. All of the staff we encountered were extremely helpful. The lady who works in the dining area for breakfast was super nice and even came to clean our table off for us!   The room was wonderful and spacious! I loved my stay at the Sheraton. It was a bit more family oriented than we expected for a "girls trip" but nonetheless, it was a beautiful, clean, peaceful vacation spot. It was beautifully appointed, each bedroom had a luxury ensuite bath. There were 3 balconies - each BR had balcony access.
