The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very
comfortable and clean. I had forgotten that our room had a full mini-
kitchen (refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave) so that was a nice

Staff were very professional and provided good service. Breakfast was very good and the sweet lady making the waffle was wonderful! Was worried about the street noise, but did not hear it at all and our room as only metres away.
Friend forgot his reading glasses and the hotel called as soon as they were found.

When we checked in Angela at the front desk was so very helpful. Because
we are in our 80's she was offering us a room on the first floor so
we would not have to worry with elevators but we chose to be higher so
we could use the balcony and watch the ocean. She let us go and look at

I love the condo, it was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed in 206H. The patio was not very clean, but did enjoy the ducks from the inside. Pool was nice, did not get to enjoy the Lazy river due to a foot break while staying here. I would recommend. It is a nice place to just get away and you don't have the bustle of all

Love the units. Spacious and has everything you could need. Kiddie pool
and lazy river are great for the little ones and big pool good for older
kids. Both pools have hot tub for mommies and daddies and always plenty
of seating and tables. Staff is very accomodating. I have searched all
over the east coast and this is by far the best value...big family
looking for lots of space? Privacy for parents (master suite) and
separate bathroom for the kids? Look no more! We have stayed here 4

Everything was amazing. Housekeeping was good! There was a pool (indoor and outside) a hot tub, a lazy river a bar, and it's right on the beach. Perfect stay. My fiancé and I have already discussed our stay next summer and we are choosing best western again. I was a little skeptical at first but I enjoyed my stay :-) -

I loved everything. I slept really good and enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking everything to drink my coffee. I especially loved being about to walk and run along the water. I will definitely return to this beautiful place. -

Everything. The room we were booked for was not the right one, so the
manager of the hotel gave us the Suite on the 10th floor which was 525
sq ft for the same price. I cannot how extremely we were with the hotel,
the staff and the cleaning staff. They were available for all our
questions, extremely helpful. By the way did the mention that the sui

that they did not charge us extra. Clearly the best hotel I have ever
stay -
The customer service, how clean the room was, and the location were
excellent features of this hotel. The staff were friendly, polite
and ensured we were attended to. This will become a regular
destination for us.

The location of the hotel was great. It was not in the middle of the busy part of Myrtle Beach. The pools were nice and having the parking deck attached to hotel was nice since it was raining part of our trip. Staff was nice and rooms and hotel was clean and up to date.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable. Very nice room, very clean with a very comfortable bed. Thy have a very good breakfast buffet each morning. The wi-fi was fast and free They have a nice lounge area off of the lobby for meeting people and conducting business. I've stayed at more expensive hotels that were not as nice. The staff was super friendly.

This is a great hotel and the room was awesome. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in at a hotel. The hot breakfast was wonderful. The location was close to the airport, with a free shuttle, and it wasn't very far from all the sites. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone going to Charleston. -
