  The staff were very friendly and helpful. I hadn't read my booking email properly and arrived earlier than my check-in time. The room decor and facilities are first class, and breakfast fantastic. I stay in many hotels throughout the year on business and will be looking for any excuse to stay here again. Sharon could not have made us more welcome and was invaluable in providing local information. The location is superb for anyone wanting a central hub and we visited, Bath, Bradford on Avon, Cheddar and Frome with great ease.
