The staff were very friendly and helpful. I hadn't read my booking email properly and arrived earlier than my check-in time. I needed to get ready for a wedding and a staff member looked after me and allowed me early access to my room.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, homebaked scones and jam on arrival with tea/coffee in own snug with log burning fire roaring, looking out over countryside, very relaxing, would highly recommend a stay there, and the breakfast was superb! We were visiting family who live nearby, and will definitely stay there again. -

This is a very peacefull place to stay and only 5 miles away from bath ideal for visiting family and also shopping if needed -
We couldnt fault Francis and her family. Friendly, chatty and always there to help or give out directions!

We had a wonderful few days in Sharon's beautiful home. The room
decor and facilities are first class, and breakfast fantastic. I stay in
many hotels throughout the year on business and will be looking for any
excuse to stay here again. Sharon could not have made us more welcome
and was invaluable in providing local information. The location is
superb for anyone wanting a central hub and we visited, Bath, Bradford
on Avon, Cheddar and Frome with great ease.
