Rooms are basic, clean and ideal for a night or two can't fault.

  The location of the hotel was perfect. Just off the motorway, but set in lovely wooded gardens so therefore not much noise. In fact, no noise, with window closed! Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and something for everyone.   It's a comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast is also excellent. We have stayed there several times and have enjoyed the restful atmosphere. - The helpful attitude of the hotel staff, and the rooms were clean pleasant, the breakfast provided was first class, as was the parking provided.

So to avoid any chance of disappointment do not expect the style of top class locations where you may have stayed before. The pub / dinning is very warm and welcoming with an open fire. There is set meals and I must say very yummy and breakfast. Service was again 100% friendly who will go out their way to help. The rooms are luxurious, cosy, warm and spacious. We swapped rooms on arrival as we wanted

  They phoned before we arrived to make sure we knew that the hotel was on the southbound side of the motorway otherwise we would have had to walk through the underpass to the hotel.
