  Staff in every department although young and local shone out and made our stay memorable, so much so we extended our Easter Bank holiday stay by 5 extra days, we have 2Japanese Akita puppies and it was pleasing how well we were all accepted, fitted in and made welcome. so much so we will soon be planning our next visit. In particular we would to thank Patrick Walsh, from the restaurant, for his efficient and friendly manner. Even though he was extremely busy, it never affected the service he provided. We hope the hotel passes on our thanks to Patrick and finds a way of rewarding his efforts.

  First class service, exceptionally clean, and oozing with comfort. Rooms were lovely, and an extra bonus to find a fridge hidden in a cupboard! Breakfast and service was excellent. Didnt have time to try their leisure facilities, but plan to arrive much earlier on our next visit so we can! Right in the heart of the town, so easy walking distance ... vad folk säger » to a good selection of restaurants and bars. - I like the choice of facilities and the location is perfect forshoppers as it has a very large shopping centre just a five minute walkfrom the hotel with all the top high street shops. A very good stay andwell worth the money, I would defiantly book this hotel again. Thestaff were very friendly and have excellent service. Over all I verymuch enjoyed my stay.

  At the time I stayed at the hotel they were in the process of redecorating the main hall and most of the bedrooms. However, this work was being carried out in a manor that did not disturb the guests. My room was very nice, clean and well presented. My only criticism is that there were no spare toilet rolls in the bathroom. - Professional flexible and helpful staff, who made organising our stay(which included a funeral 'reception') easy and stress-free.   Leaded Light Guest House is within easy reach of the airport . It was good value and the breakfast was excellent . The bed was very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. The owner is a warm and charming lady . Our only criticism would be that the small 'en suite' bathroom was of rather poor quality.   We arrived about 5ish to receive a very warm and friendly welcome from Sheila the receptionist, she was very helpful and it was a pleasant change to have someone so friendly greet you. the room was very clean and our 13yr old son was very impressed to have his own single bed ready made up for him in our room and not the sofa which he thought he w... vad folk säger » as sleeping on. After a very tiring day walking around the NEC we were directed to the Barn Beefeater restaurant/pub next door, where we enjoyed a lov - Plenty of car parking space. The room was large and fully functional - very clean. Reception welcome and departure were very good - all staff were very courteous. Breakfast was lovely and nice to have a freshly cooked to order rather than a hot servery. The attached Beefeater restaurant was also superb.
