My husband and I would like to compliment the hotel on the standard of service received from the staff. In particular we would to thank Patrick Walsh, from the restaurant, for his efficient and friendly manner. Even though he was extremely busy, it never affected the service he provided. We hope the hotel passes on our thanks to Patrick and finds a way of rewarding his efforts.

At the time I stayed at the hotel they were in the process of redecorating the main hall and most of the bedrooms. However, this work was being carried out in a manor that did not disturb the guests. Lovely place to stay, everything perfect. The lady who owns the b&b could not do enough for us,even with our fussy teenager! The breakfast was very well cooked and I would highly recommend. If we were in Solihull this is the place were i would stay again. -

the hotel was fine but after been woke up at 330 by the fire alarm i could not get back to sleep, so we checked out at about 4am as i have trouble sleeping anyway,so we did not really use the services as we had paid for breakfast and never ate. - helpfulness of staff, area in which hotel situated, presentation of hotel facilities

This was the 2nd occasion that we have stayed at the Hotel and we really enjoyed it. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hogarths. - The hotel is so relaxing and has a lovely set up. The staff are excellent and very friendly.

Plenty of car parking space.
The room was large and fully functional - very clean.
Reception welcome and departure were very good - all staff were very courteous.
Breakfast was lovely and nice to have a freshly cooked to order rather than a hot servery.
The attached Beefeater restaurant was also superb.
