  Being able to use the pool on arrival and in the morning. Great location. The bacon was particularly tastey at breakfast. Great power shower. Huge double bed. - Excellent facilities and particularly impressed with exclusive on site car park!! I could have slept on that bed for a week!!

  Our concern that the Hotel may be too close to the Motorway was quickly dispelled as we ventured into the Worcestershire countryside. With plenty of free parking available and a most pleasant and helpful Receptionist, our initial impressions were very favourable.   Overall great value for money and a beautiful hotel. I would use this place again. Food was fantastic and staff very polite and friendly, could not have asked for more.   Spent three nights in the Great Malvern Hotel. As others have said don't be put off by the look of the building.Staff are very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are of a good size and being redecorated at this time. Food is excellent all you can eat for breakfast. The bar gets lively most nights with entertainment good selection of real ales. The food was first class and breakfast was cooked to order. The Hotel is in the centre of Malvern, has a friendly bar a snug and a very comfortable lounge. Car parking is limited but first come first served. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
