  Our concern that the Hotel may be too close to the Motorway was quickly dispelled as we ventured into the Worcestershire countryside. With plenty of free parking available and a most pleasant and helpful Receptionist, our initial impressions were very favourable.   Overall great value for money and a beautiful hotel. I would use this place again. Food was fantastic and staff very polite and friendly, could not have asked for more. My room was very comfortable, clean and cosy, I could not fault my stay at all.   Spent three nights in the Great Malvern Hotel. As others have said don't be put off by the look of the building.Staff are very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are of a good size and being redecorated at this time. Food is excellent all you can eat for breakfast. The bar gets lively most nights with entertainment good selection of real ales. Car parking is limited but first come first served. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

  A fabulous Hotel on the side of the river. our rooms had patio windows which opened up onto a shared picnic area overlooking stunning views of all the boats lined up on the opposite side of the riverbank. the hotel has a lovely restaurant which served delicious hot home cooked food with generous portions. We stayed in a 2 bedroom family room no3 on the ground floor with - Very pleasant staff, location, service and extremely comfortable beds. Will come again as I liked the area and the Inn is the perfect location for either a quiet peaceful stay in week or as a base for touring. Saw the comment from Bradford on Avon, couldn't disagree more. Very nice part of the country which suspect gets full of people of weekend so you need to choose whether you like crowds or not. We stayed in the week and it was great
