  The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and of a very good standard. We were staying the week before Xmas and the hotel had entered into the Xmas spirit.   Our concern that the Hotel may be too close to the Motorway was quickly dispelled as we ventured into the Worcestershire countryside. With plenty of free parking available and a most pleasant and helpful Receptionist, our initial impressions were very favourable.   The staff are very friendly and helpful, happily supplementing room supplies with fresh milk for tea etc when requested. Spectacular views from the rooms and the restaurant, and my 12 year old son loved the cooked breakfast. The hotel is also very quiet. - A non chain family run hotel with friendly helpful staff. Food was excellent in terms of quality and quantity and the cellar was comprehensive. The rooms were spacious, clean and the bedding fresh (sounds and obvious comment to make but I have come across some horrors in London). Location was beautiful and the parking ample. The best hotel I have stayed in for a long time.
