All staff we came into contact with were very polite and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had a very enjoyable stay despite us only being there for one night. Our experience of the Old Registry was excellent. Key aspects: great location - centre of Hawarth; great breakfast; comfort and cleanliness of the room we were allocated - 'Music Room'; attentiveness of the hotel staff (when required). - It was right in the centre of Haworth and so very convenient. It was a very good breakfast.

I liked the style and the presentation but there were a lack of mirrors and lighting. They should have placed a mirror in the bathroom in order for women to do their make up. we have stayed at the heritage center before. The apartment was excellent. Our stay was a little too short and much of the time was spent with our family who live in huddersfield. On arriving a gentleman came over to us and thankfully guided us to the correct entrance doorway and took us up to the apartment. I don't think we would have found it easily as we thought it was accessed via the lift. He replaced a hallway light straight away. We will stay again. (We like room 5 as it has a great view

Absolutely lovely. The room was tasteful, clean with thoughtful extras. The Wilsons were friendly and welcoming, but not over bearing. There was an lovely space to have a coffee and cake and play games if you wanted to. (Weather was good on my visit, but a godsend if it gets too rainy and windy)
Breakfast was beautifully cooked, and I had a handmade cupcake on my departure.

I love the fact you have hotel service and the facilities of self catering and a full apartment all in one. Everything was spotless! And the grab and go breakfast is genius. Staff were extremely accommodating and very friendly. I'm staying for several weeks on a business contract and they always have a smile and a 'hello' when I'm passing through reception. Clean, compact room with decent self catering facilities, close to centre of Leeds. Relatively speaking is good value for money. -
Staff at reception especially the dark haired girl who was very friendly and pointed out a lovely restaurant nearby.
Loved the room and all the facilities and also the location. Easy parking nearby.
Internet on the tv is an excellent idea

wonderfully relaxing few days away. Caroline and Adrian are perfect
hosts, ensuring our comfort at all times, even providing
'birthday treats' on our return after a day exploring the
local sights. They are friendly and welcoming, without being
