We were attending a wedding in the area and the Dukeries seemed a good choice in terms of distance and price - we weren't disappointed. The lads behind the bar were very friendly, especially the assistant manager, Carl, who was very helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The food was good. The staff in the morning were cheery and again very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very hearty and set us up for the day!

Great location, friendly staff, quiet place, right in the town center, Landlord was very helpful, choice of breakfast, beds are comfortable and good value for money.
Great selection of cask ales, Beer garden and the landlord is famous for his curry nights on Thursday. Over all experience was good and I'll come back again. -

The staff Were very friendly and helpful from start to finish, We went. Group of girls for a Night out in notts they didnt stigmatise us, in fact they Were more than willing to ensure We Were comfortable and has everything We needed to ha e a good time. Our room was very clean, spacous enough, lovely hot shower and plenty of mirrors!!! It was also appropriate got families. Couldnt have ask for anything more! :-)

Our second visit to the Bramley Apple, again staying overnight for a local 2 day event. The hosts have changed since last year, but were just as welcoming, helpful & friendly. In fact, a handshake over the bar on arrival does make you feel like a guest, not just a customer.

The whole experience from start to finish was great. The land lord of the pub has only been there since January and made us feel so welcome. We went for an evening horse racing meet and he was kind enough to offer to take us back in the morning to collect our car. The young man behind the bar was very friendly and coudlnt do enough to help us. Breakfast was a good home cooked fry up with plenty of tea and coffee to go with it.

It was very close to our venue and the staff accomidated us brilliantly, we didn't turn up until very, very late the first night and they still managed to get us in. - Very good location and on a quiet street with parking. Excellent shower

A courtyard room which was spacious, very clean and a lovely big bathroom which included a bath as well as a shower. We had booked a double room only that morning and a lady very kindly rung us to say there was a problem with the heating so would a twin room be alright, which we accepted.

Room was comfy, clean, warm and water was nice and hot. We had a meal in the evening which was good value for money. The bar and waitress staff were lovely. Due to leaving early on saturday morning, we weren't able to have breakfast but they did give is a £10 discount which I wasn't expecting and thought was a nice gesture. -
