  I pretty much liked everything of this hotel! The staff was really kind and he allowed me to look around and draw. ^^ He explained about hotel very well. I will definitely come back here with my parents again! The view of my room and breakfast was fantastic! The building is beautiful, and the location superb, being directly opposite the pier. Our room had the most amazing view, a good size room and with breakfast we felt the hotel offered excellent value for money.

  Staff extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay a very enjoyable one. Plenty of extras; generous supply of biscuits, tea, coffee, milk topped up in room every day. Nice Victorian building, which although being out of Kings Lynn centre, good venue for touring countryside and north Norfolk coast. Fairly cheap. The very good breakfast. Plentiful car parking. Our large room on the second floor. The willingness to offer us a ground floor room if we preferred. In short nothing was too much trouble.

  We had a fantastic stay here and will definitely return. The hotel was clean, staff were fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious. Friday night karaoke topped off a fantastic stay. Looking forward to going back! - Extremely nice staff, good food, nice view of the sea from the window, beautiful town.

  Upon arrival we were frazzled to say the least (having spent some time with the in-laws). We were immediately offered tea in the garden - with home-made cake and we just sat there listening to bid song until we chilled out. It took some time but I can't say how grateful I was. - the owners are friendly helpful could not do enough for us family ... vad folk säger » problems made it a difficult time but they are just great would recommend them to others lovely bathrooms comfortable beds very clean excellent

  A great place to stay in a lovely small town, the rooms are in need of updating which is reflected in the price.
