We had a fantastic stay here and will definitely return. The hotel was clean, staff were fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious. Friday night karaoke topped off a fantastic stay. Looking forward to going back! -

We arrived on our motorcycles from a very long and hard 3 hour ride to a very welcoming greeting from Carol and Terry.....Instantly waving us into the back garden where they have a lovely secure yard for our bikes to be locked away.
We stayed for 2nights and I have to say we wish we could have stayed longer.....It was absolutely wonderful, the rooms are excellent and the staff are equally held in high regard.
We would not hesitate in recommending the Cleasewood Guesthouse to anyone visiting the

A wonderful little family run b&b literally a minute walk from the seafront stretch. This hotel is in the heart of everything and a lot of recommendations for attractions and restaurants are in your welcome book in your room as well as some helpful leaflets which we used quite a few of for our outings.

We had an excellent overnight stay at this accommodation. Everything was absolutely first class, with the bedrooms exceedingly well equipped and comfortable and a very extensive and tasty breakfast. Karen and Paul were very welcoming hosts and I would happily stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it as one of the best B&Bs I've ever come across .

We received a friendly walm welcome with tea and coffee, which was much needed after our long journey, the owners know the local area really well and recomended some great places to eat, breakfast was very filling and tasted great. All 3 of us said that the beds were the most comfortable beds we had ever stayed in. We will be returning again soon.

when we arrived at kilbrannon gary and julie met us and are lovely couple, the room was immaculate, a bowl of fruit a vase of flowers in the room, just like home from home, then theres garys breakfasts, everything is cooked fresh and is really tasty and the portions are not small oh and julies toast is really nice, you can have a laugh and a joke

Gary and Julie were very welcoming and helpful. Our stay was excellent with extra luxuries included in the price such as fresh fruit and fresh flowers in our room. Rooms were very clean and large, supplied with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Large choice at breakfast all fresh and locally sorced, we opted for full English which was fit for a king. Over all price was excellent value for money if you choice this b&b you will not be disappointed.

This is a "six star" B & B. Everything is a cut above the norm. Parking is excellent, location is excellent, the room & bath are of good size. The linens & beds are the best. Everything provided and even more. Welcoming pot of tea and cake. Everything provided on drinks tray in room - a choice of teas, coffee, even hot chocolate. Biscuits are also provided and a dish of chocolates, all of which were replenished daily. A Nightcap of Sherry and a gift of chocolates when you leave. So comfortable, so clean, so friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Exceptional Value for money. We have certainly found a dream place to stay. Absolutely loved it.

We were a couple staying overnight with a dog in tow and the accommodation proved to be excellent for our needs (we were in the family room and dog bed, towels and treats were provided especially for our dog).
