  Central part of the city Nice staff Food - The staff were extremely helpful and we enjoyed being in the surroundings of the old part of the hotel. It had character as well as having modern facilties. The location was not only ideally central it was also very picturesque being surrounded by the georgian buildings around the square. We stayed in the McDonald Bath spa hotel so we knew we were going to enjoy our stay. The staff can't do enough for you, opens doors always ask if your ok and if there's anything they can do for us. Absolutely amazin.

  Definitely best choice for Edinburgh. Have stayed at Balmoral 3 times already, and every time was an exceptionally pleasant experience. Love the superb location, warm and welcoming atmosphere, excellently polite and helpful staff, relaxing SPA area.   The receptionist was so helpful and nice. The room was very, very clean and welcoming. When we walked anywhere in the hotel the staff were so friendly. We would not hesitate to recommend the Macdonald Marine Hotel to our friends. - The food was excellent. I was dissapointed in the spa facilities.   Easy hotel to relax in and all personnel were very helpfull - The hotel is set in superb grounds and is remote from the village and very quiet. It has great facilities and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

  I really enjoyed my stay at the Seahaven hotel. Staff was a great example of Scottish hospitality. Breakfast was cooked individually, room was very clean, with en-suite toilet and a shower. Design of the room was very efficient, I had everything I needed. And, again, very clean and welcoming. My window had a direct view on the beach and water and ... vad folk säger » the hotel was placed 1 minute walk away from it. There was a direct 24h bus to the centre (26) and the area was very safe. Downstairs there was a trad - it was lovely, very freindly, and home from home, we had a lovely time, and will be back again and again, fantastic location, and walks on the beach, loved it at this time off the year, the hotel was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpfull, thankyou to the staff at the hotel for making our weekend fantastic,
