Breakfast buffet was good although self-serve toast machine was a pain. Car parking was available and we were able to leave the car there after checkout. Attached Indian restaurant was excellent. Single rooms were reasonable size, clean and nicely decorated and bathroom was spacious. Staff were very helpful and friendly. - everything about our stay

We liked the location of the hotel. It was easily accessible from the tram and close to shops and other amenities. Even though they were in the middle of renovation, we were given a ground floor room, and not inconvenienced. -

All members of the staff all genuinely appeared to be happy in their roles. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and relaxing. It's the second time I've stayed there and I'm sure there'll be many more times as well. This time I spent a little longer in the hotel and used the bar, great to be able to look out over the football pitch.

Made welcome from the start- even helped to bring luggage in and taken stright to our room. Excellent hosts, whom even keep the teenagers entertined. Bar area excellent and pleanty full. Breakfast 5* and definitaly one for the big eaters. Would I return? Most defintaly. This lovely BnB out weighed any hotel we have ever stayed in, in Blackpool. Your staff were so friendly and helpful and I would certainly recommend
your hotels. This was nothing to do with your staff at your Hotel When
we got out of the lift on to the 1st floor there was a distinctive smell
of smoke that some one had been smoking on that floor. We informed your
staff at your check in desk who were quick to action a member of staff
to investigate the smell and also introduced the person to us. I stay at
