Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay. Hosts couldn't do enough to make our short stay as good as it could be. They gave us a few ideas as to what we could do whilst we were there and gave us a couple of tips such as buying tickets from the tourist info kiosk which saved us a lot of money. Hotel Valentine is such a nice & great place to stay in Black pool. Situated in prime location. Only 5 minutes walk from Black pool north Rail station. And all the key attractions of Black pool like Black pool Tower, Sea world, Winter Garden, Madame Tussads and the beach front are on walking distance.

Absolutely great hotel and staff. From the moment we walked in the front door and were met by Duncan, we were made to feel welcome.
Everyone was very polite and made our 2 nights very enjoyable.
The location is awesome and the views beautful.

Large selection of good wines, which were favourably sampled and some very ve - Exceptional service by a friendly and professional staff, led by an equally friendly but extremely professional Manager and Manageress. Nothing was too much trouble and we enjoyed a relaxed and comfortable week-end.The food was top quality and was prepared and served most professionally.The location of the hotel was ideal. We will definately be returning to this hotel, and look forward to doing so.

I normally stay in hotels when working away but thought it'd be nice to have a 'home' feel for once. The room was very pretty, clean and tidy. modern but not agressively modern. good size too. Everything fantastic this hotel is such a credit to Elaine & myself & hubby & my 2 child 10-9 was made very welcome from the moment I rang the bell :) the breakfast is fantastic so much to pick and all fresh the room were spotless as was the hotel couldn't of asked for more they even went out there way to help my older daughter & boyfriend who was stoping in another hotel they r such a lovely couple and will be sure going back again next yr

All members of the staff all genuinely appeared to be happy in their roles. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and relaxing. It's the second time I've stayed there and I'm sure there'll be many more times as well. This time I spent a little longer in the hotel and used the bar, great to be able to look out over the football pitch.

Myself and my partnrreally enjoyd our stay. We cae out of season and most places where closed but we werent too bothered because we only came for a night away. The hotel was very clean and the staff where very friendly and helpfull. Highly recomend

Det låg centralt och snabb service - Everything. The room was lovely, well appointed and cared for, the breakfasts were delicious! I had just found out that my painful 'sprain' was a broken leg(!) and they could not have been more kind and helpful - Nice welcome. Breakfast ordering service which ensured we were not kept waiting. The decor of the room was excellent the bed very comfortable and plentyof pillow. Especially the green/teal colour of the curtains was verynice I would like to know where they got the fabrics from.
