Everything was perfect! Owners Andreas and Marlies could not have done more to help. Tea and coffee was available whenever we wanted it and were often brought to us with complimentary snacks! What a wonderful place to stay! Absolutely gorgeous. Complete luxury! The house was immaculate, yet so warm and cosy. Very tranquil with wonderful views from every room. We stayed on the first floor with open views across the loch. Watching the sun come up was just beautiful. 我们住的是浴室在外面的双床间。房间非常干净温馨，空间不大但够用，待着比较舒服。建议自驾的游客把行李箱子放车里，带些必备物品过夜，这样可使房间空间宽裕些。车就停在旅馆楼下，取东西也方便。早餐食材和分量都很好，是男女主人现做的。

Very good breakfast. Nice and helpful host. Outstanding view to see and Skye island. Our room was small and tiny, but very well designed and very functional. We liked full size shower cabin.

Andrew and his staff were excellent. Nothing was too much bother. The food was also excellent especially breakfast. Their recommendation for eating out was superb on the night they did not do food. The hotel was easy to find and Andy the host made us very welcome, unfortunately Tues & Wed are the chefs nights off but Andy recommended restaurants which were superb. Rooms were clean and shower rooms excellent, The scenery in the whole area is stunning and will definitely be back to Tingle Creek.

Very friendly lady owner.
Scenery lovely, clean and comfy apartment, good parking, plenty of space, good facilities if you want to cook, sit and eat, wash clothes, etc. Separate lounge to watch big tv- good when weather not great :) Tastefully decorated, well...very white with lots of accessories. Plenty of heaters - all rooms.

emphasise that enough! We were informed of a slight issue with the
shower and were given a 65% discount to make up for it. We are very
grateful! The apartment itself was perfect for what we were looking for
- good value for money (even before the discount), modern and stylish
interior and includes everything you would need in a holiday apartment.
Would definitely go back!

We arrived after climbing on Ben Nevis soaking wet and tired - very friendly and welcoming staff provided us with paper towels to dry our boots. In the morning fantastic Scottish breakfast was served, excellent guest house location and view! :) What was crucial for us - very convenient car park! Very good value for money! -

We found the Marmalade hotel perfect for our short trip to Portree. We are a family with children aged 9 and 10 and the family room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was good and the breakfasts lovely. The hotel is a small walk out of the town of Portree and has lovely views. We would definitely recommend it and hope to go back!
