  Tjusigt hotel med bra läge. Själva byggnaden är imonerande och också entren - Läget i London city var det bästa.Nära till det mesta.Gångavstånd.Hotellets interiör -exteriör imponerande med all marmor.Toppenfrukost-Old English-stil i vacker men lite mörk dyster matsal.

  Great location. Great building, fab public areas. Terrific bedroom, particularly the large windows (room 308), deeply comfortable bed and great room decor. Great breakfast, Bloody Mary and lunch menu. Funky feel to the hotel, but with real comfort, style and atmosphere.   The staff were brilliant and really put themselves out for us. They upgraded us to a massive double suite with champagne and chocolates. It was our 25th Anniversary and they put themselves out..even putting rose petals on the bed at night while we were out. They could not have done a better job...thank you Ritz. Excellent staff with personable, friendly, helpful and courteous manner. Nothing snooty or subservient or obsequious either. Breakfast was fantastic. Smooth, easy process for us. The complimentary champagne on our first night was unexpected and greatly appreciated. We were on our honeymoon and "splashing out" as a one off but the one off will be our first choice anytime we are in London.

  When I realized that London hotel rooms are very, very small, I found the 9 Hertford Street apartment hotel. It's location is excellent: just off Piccadilly st., very close to Green Park underground station that brings you anywhere (including to and from Heathrow airport with the Piccadilly line) , a 25 minutes walk to Oxford st.   Met all our expectations. The apartment is an easy walk (2-3 mins) to 'South Quay DLR' and close to restaurants and bars so you don't have to head back into the city in the evening if you don't want to. Value for money? I'd say 10+. had everything that you could think of, even coffee, milk, tea and sugar. - Couldn't find any faults. This is not a 5 * apartment and does not pretend to be. The apt I was assigned was large, clean and comfortable. I found the accommodation very peaceful at night and slept much better than normally would in a hotel. There was egyptian cotton linen on the bed which is a + Just a stone's throw from tube, busses and easy walk to lots of attractions. I'll definitely make this my port of choice in London from now on. This hotel delivers excellence in every area, from friendly doormen, who clearly take pride in the hotel as they explain the features of your room ... and greet you by name each time you return, to beautifully appointed rooms, a superbly cooked and presented meal if you choose to dine there, a cosy and inviting bar area and ... vad folk säger » staff who just can't do enough for you. I would happily stay here again at twice the price! - Enjoyed staying here and would do so again! Very modern and the staff exceptionally friendly! Always willing to help and make our stay comfortable! The concierge had amazing suggestions for restaurants and walks - we followed his ideas and had a wonderful time. Would love to come and back and definitely would stay at this hotel!
