The hotel was beautiful, the setting lovely. There was a wedding taking
place but we were warned. However, it would have been good if we could
have eaten something at the hotel. Maybe ordered takeaway if nothing
else! The staff were extremely pleasant, polite and helpful (especially
Russell who appeared to be on duty throughout our stay!) The room

Also the rooms were not too hot as in other hotels we have stayed in -
The room we stayed in was a gold room, clearly refurbished to a high standard. Luxurious room with a view out over the gardens and down to the sea. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Ideally placed for a five minute walk down into the harbour where there is a range of bars and clubs. There is a slight hill walk down and back up to the hotel but we didnt find it that bad although it could be for the less agile. All in all a fantastic stay and we will definitely stay again.

I booked the short break for my Daughters 21st,the staff were amazing they hung Photos,banners and even delivered her flowers.....My Daughter made some great friends with the staff who she said treated her wonderfully,she is already looking forward to going back..... - My wife and I really enjoyed our weekend break,hotel was very clean,staff friend

I booked a one week stay, B&B in a single room hoping for a relaxing
holiday after a busy few months at work. On arrival check in was easy

The idea of four hotels and facilities accessible to every resident and not even having to get wet or cold (march 2013)brr! Staff very very helpful from Theresza on reception to Janette in housekeeping and all other members of the TLH team.Many Thanks again!!

I stated at the heritage sept 23rd for 3 nights.All the staff where very helpful & polite especially the breakfast waiter(he was as good as any tourist info center)!The views where fantastic.My room was spotless on arrival,as was the whole hotel.The pool was lovely to relax in.The bar is lively,but as a solo traveller it was just what I wanted

The location was ideal for what we needed i.e. searching for a holiday apartment in the Torbay area. The room was good sized, comfortable and spotlessly clean. I think we had a recently refurbished shower room which was very smart. We had a magnificent view of Torbay across to Brixham. The room was surprisingly well insulated against noise from the outside. I see that others have complained about the windows. We stayed during an Atlantic gale and the windows were completely soundproof. The staff are bright and cheerful and the carpark is massive. Very pleased and will be going again in a few weeks. - The location of the hotel and the sea view room were superb. The provision of car parking facilities
