  Excellent, very friendly polite staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome,nothing is too much trouble. Really good Full English Breakfast, yet again the staff were very friendly and helpful. Leisure facilities are Fab,good Gym & by far the cleanest, largest & best steam room & sauna we have been in. Don't be put off by the reviews, the rooms are not the - I was a little worried after reading the reviews, but we had no problems at all. Before going i requested a newly refurbished room and it turned out to be a spacious twin, that was clean, comfortable and quiet. I do agree that the rooms are a little warm and the windows don't really open, but other than that we had a comfortable stay. Staff were helpful and polite in general and any requests etc were dealt with straight away. Breakfast is that of a budget hotel, but plenty on offer and all sel

  The pool and spa facilities were excellent; it was clean and a very pleasant environment. The booking was easy and I liked the fact that no money was taken at the time of booking. The evening meal and the breakfasts that we had were very good and it was really helpful to be able to book a meal on the day we arrived.
