We were met by the host in the carpark, she insisted on carrying our bags (we didn't allow her). She was very welcoming, warm and cheerful...I don't think we've ever been greeted more warmly in our years of travel. Gorgeous comfy little hideaway. Tiggy is lovely and made us feel so welcome. Superb fish and chips from Lewis's ..actually did us for two meals.. bacon and eggs and bread provided for breakfast, and orange juice and muesli and fresh ground coffee...just excellent!
Lovely walks along the coastal path to Mousehole and enough small shops to mooch around. Will be back!

I cannot fault this hotel, it was well organised with helpful friendly staff, excellent facilities in the room and throughout the hotel.
The pool was warm, and clear, with perfect steam room, sauna and the bubbliest jacuzzi.
Having complimentary bath robes and slippers was delightful, and there were plenty of teas, coffee and shampoos in our room and the shower was hot and powerful. The TV worked well, and it was nice to have a table in the room to sit at for reading.

My father was the landlord of this pub when it was the three tuns. That was about 45 years ago. I wanted to see if it had changed much and although the bar has the accomodation is the same but improved with the addition of bathrooms etc. The staff were very kind and helpfull and the food was excellent -

Right from the happy welcome by Lynda to the pleasant spacious room, comfortable bed and good shower, we had a really enjoyable 3 days at Torwood House.

Truly and lovely B&B. Located on a quiet street only a few minutes walk from Penzance with good pubs and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and big enough to last us through lunch. The staff was super friendly and the room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and decorated adorably. We even got little gifts of local wine! Highly recommended!

Easy to find on the promenade and near the amazing retro and sea-filled swimming pool. Plenty of free parking in the locality. Lovely welcome from owner, Lyn (with tea tray!) who was very attentive and helpful. Rooms are spotless, well decorated and very comfortable. Lyn has thought of everything; don't miss the bath robes in the wardrobe (like we did!) Great English Breakfast which includes Cornish speciality Hog's Pudding (yum).
