We were made to feel very much at home in this beautiful house. Everywhere you look there is something interesting which has been chosen and placed with an artist's eye for detail. However it is not so 'perfect' that it makes you feel awkward .. we felt completely relaxed. The breakfast was excellent and the lounge comfortable with many interesting books and maps. The summer house is a beautiful little hotel booked by my sister, wonderful rooms, really pretty with lots of lovely little details. Really nice owners happy to do anything for you and breakfast was memorable. Will definitely be staying again.
The decor; comfortable rooms; charming courtyard; cleanliness; attention to detail; delicious breakfasts; location; friendly, helpful owners: in fact it would be difficult to find a better place to stay in Penzance.
We enjoyed a very comfortable stay at the Summer House. We were given excellent service, they really went out of their way to give us information about places to visit during the day. Excellent local knowledge.

Small decorations in our room. The hotel itself is super cosy. Breakfast was nice however the choice was limited.
The owners were a lovely couple, the courtyard garden a little oasis but the room was very small for a double.
