  Best hotel breakfast I've had in a long while. Includes vegetarian option, or haddock, smoked salmon etc. Great food in the restaurant - exceeded expectations; we ended up eating there both nights. Liked décor and ambience in bar and restaurant with sea views, the sort of place you would linger in. Friendly staff who went out of their way to help ... vad folk säger » and also got me a table by the window. Nice spa facilities and gym. They put thought and effort in to what they do. - Views over Arran were spectactular! We had room with sea view which was very clean and comfortable. Hotel is in lovely situation fairly near Largs. We were a family party of 13 and each and every one of us had a lovely Dinner in the evening. A stroll along the beach in the afternoon, then a swim in the Spa - and Dinner in the Evening - just perfect.

  The christmas atmosphere was brilliant so many thanks to all of the staff. The hotel was of the best standard on all counts and was very handy to visit my family for Xmas Eve/Day/Boxing Day but also to give me a bit of me time on my return from the festivities. - As the hotel was full,I was upgraded to the penthousefree of charge.
