  Everything was 1st class. Spotlessly clean guest house, friendly owner and staff, lovely comfortable bedroom with very large separate bathroom. The extras in the bedroom added a lovely touch - usual tea and coffee making facilities but also with a cafetiere, boiled sweets, small fridge in room, iron and ironing board - everything you could wish fo... vad folk säger » r. The choice of breakfast is amazing for a small establishment and the food was lovely - all freshly made. Excellent location - minutes from beach or - The room is bright and clean. Although we had an external bathroom, there were no complaints at all because the bathroom was really huge. Quite a selection of complementry drinks in the room. Free bottle of mineral water which is uncommon for bed and breakfast. The guest house is very homely and tastefully decorated. The much ravelled about eggs benedict is really awesome, a good selection of cerals and fruits too. No complains at all. Beautiful beach walking distance away.

  Bra mat - Upgrade to executive suite for no extra charge. Leisure Club facilities and very friendly and helpful staff who made you feel very welcome. Breakfasts were excellent too. We enjoyed our stay very much - Well sited in relation to Ayr town centre . Delightful views of Arran. Staff very efficient and friendly.

  The room was very goodd gave comfort after a long journey. The facilities in the executive room were excellent and I will be using again. The location was good and allowed walking after lunch.   We were made to feel very welcome on arrival at reception. The receptionist was cheerful, friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff in the dining room were pleasant and helpful too. We would definitely stay again. The Fox Family, Cumbria - Your Staff are fantastic.   The staff were very friendly and helpful. When there was no outlet to plug in a CPAP machine near the bed, the woman at the desk promptly found an extension cord for us to use. - The girl at reception was apologetic and offered to set up another bed in the room. Nice to have restaurant facilities on site. Quiet and clean accommodation.
