  The B&B was very clean and quiet. The water feature outside my room was switched off at night so it didn't disturb my sleep and I could sleep with the window open. Breakfast looked to have lovely fresh fruit, cereal and cooked. Wish I could have had some. I would stay again and hope to do so in the not too distant future. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and came out to chat with us after serving breakfast. The breakfast was excellent--made-to-order and prepared fresh. Room was clean and comfortable.

  Almost everything. The room (Room 2)was spacious with more than ample storage for all our clothes. The view from the room overlooking the sea was absolutely amazing.   Barbara and Stephen were perfect hosts. Barbara shared her wealth of knowledge about this part of Cornwall. Steve is a professional chef so every meal, breakfast or dinner, was first class and consequently we chose to have most of our meals there.   I thought the staff at Beachfield were very friendly and welcoming, and had a comfortable and relaxing stay there. The lounge/bar area was a nice place to sit and chill out with a drink, and the breakfast and service was really very good indeed. Its location - in a quiet street - is excellent for those using public transports, as the hotel is close to the railway and bus station. Very good value for money.

  Arriving on the overnight sleeper train at 8am on Saturday morning, we started the short 10min walk to Warwick House, 5mins into our walk the heavens opened and a gale force wind got up, to say we were soaked to the skin was a understatement !! We left our overnight cases and went to Lands End on the local bus, after a good look - It was me and my partners first time to Cornwall, and our 2nd yr anniversary, we were late getting in but called ahead to let Chris and Julie know, from that first call till we left Chris and Julie were amazing. The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable and very welcoming and the sea view from our room was amazing. Chris and Julie went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasurable. Breakfast on both mornings was fantastic. Their knowledge of the area and of where to eat was great. There

  This is an add-on to the Beachcliff Hotel and checkin was there. So there were no staff on duty. Entry was by code to the Guest Lodge. The staff did not mind that we used the sitting areas in the main hotel. Not sure if this is a good or bad point. Room was small but very clean.   Our host and hostess, Russell and Hazel, were terrific - two of the nicest, friendliest, most outgoing, helpful people imaginable, willing to go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable, easy, stress-free. Parking on the street was plentiful (in May). - Pleasant single room. Would have preferred ensuite but took the option with private separate bathroom as price appropriate. Food was excellent. They looked at options to prevent waste and were very organised-list to mark for breakfast the next day.

  The staff at the reception was polite and kind, despite the fact I am Hungarian :) The room and equipment are smashing. Ideal for a one night stay or for a long weekend stay as well. I have been there for twice and the food is delicious - I had chicken kiev and fried camembert last year. After the long train or bus ride you just need to walk 50 meters to get warm welcome. The interior - I was in penzance for a funeral and I was booked for sun mon tuesday nights.we slept there sunday night and did not get up for breakfast just went to the grave yard when we got a call and we had to drive to london at about 5pm so when we checked out I asked if I could get any refund and the manager gave me one nights cost back which I reckon was pretty good of him as I had payed in cash when I got there so I was pleased with that and I will go back next year in the summer as the resort looked

Rooms were large and tastefully furnished/decorated, as was the hotel in general. They were more like suites than standard rooms and were well specified with full facilities.
