The appartment was clean and had everything for a comfortable stay ,except.........see below. - Great location, easy walk into town center and to the bay. The flat was clean and a good size.

The room was clean and comfortable with good facilities and the staff attentive without being intrusive. The gym and pool were clean and easy to use. Cardiff Bay and Millennium Centre are a genuine and gentle 15 - 20 minute walk away.

Bra läge, schyst utsikt från rummet, fräscht hotell. - sphThis hotel was ideally located. Withing walking distance of Millenium stadium (purpose of our visit). was a pleasure to walk into such a comfortable,bright and pleasant bed room. The staff were most obliging, friendly and willing to help. The breakfast was substantial, varied and tasty.
... vad folk säger » It is great that there is parking adjacent to hotel. - Have stayed in a few Mercure hotels now, including Carcassonne and Cologne and cannot fault this chain of hotels. This is definately my favourite chain. As for the Holland House in Cardiff i was a fantastic experience, with great facilities and lovely rooms! 10 out of 10!

4-room female dorm I stayed in had ample space. This was very different
and miles better than the backpackers place I stayed at in London.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and tidy. The breakfast is the most enjoyable continental breakfast I have ever seen in hostels, and there are free dinner nights. There is a living room where you can watch films and play video games. The locaton is excellent, just ten minutes walk to the castle.
