  Very friendly staff, and the bathroom facilities were excellent - very clean and convenient, since the toilet and the shower were together. The 4-room female dorm I stayed in had ample space. This was very different and miles better than the backpackers place I stayed at in London. It's also quite easy to find - only about 5 to 10 min away from th... vad folk säger » e coach and rail station. And all this for only £17 per night! - The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and tidy. The breakfast is the most enjoyable continental breakfast I have ever seen in hostels, and there are free dinner nights. There is a living room where you can watch films and play video games. The locaton is excellent, just ten minutes walk to the castle.

  Great alternative to the likes of travel inns. Highley recomend it for younger travelers and great value for money. - This is a very funky and modern hostel! I loved how the room numbers appeared on the doors as you approached them! The staff are all lovely and there is a great atmosphere in the place.

  Very cheap, excellent value, very friendly staff, easy access. Very well positioned for Cardiff visit for rugby international (and Wales thrashed England as well! Thanks for arranging that!).   The hotel was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It was in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The whole place had a lovely atmosphere.   I loved the fact that it was a quiet and spotlessly clean place to stay. We had the self-contained apartment on the top floor which was perfect for us with three children. Three single beds in one room, a double in the other. Two toilets, one with a shower and one on its own. There is a TV in each bedroom which saved arguments over who watches wh... vad folk säger » at! Also a small, basic kitchen with microwave, kettle and toaster with a selection of plates, glasses etc. Two of our children have special diets so - We stayed in 3rd floor accomodations.... two bedrooms, kitchenette, 1 1/2 baths. Street address was "9"....cant remember apartment number. Furnishings all appeared to be new/newer. Very clean. No elevator/lift but that was not a concern for us. Perfect accommodations for us...two adults and three teens. Walk to beautiful park, castle, city centre, etc. is just minutes away. Exterior of building appears a little worn down but we were pleasantly surprised. Did not have time to stay for bre
