  My room was big,clean,quiet and very comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and made my stay enjoyable. Staff treated everyone the same whether you were wearing expensive jewellery or just casual. That means alot. - The service was fantastic

  A great location, only 3 mins wall to Tower Hill tube and 6 mins to tower of London and London Bridafe and the southbank. We upgraded to executive room for £40 per night which was good value as it then gave us breakfast and complimentry drinks and food in a privare room between 5pm and 6pm on both nights. We went to the Sky lounge on both nights and was great to sit outside for beers and cocktai - We were greeted immediately upon on our arrival from a very helpful, efficient member of the reception team. As we had arrived early our room wasn’t quite ready, but the receptionist immediately got onto the housekeeping to make it a priority. We were given the delicious warm cookie to eat while we checked in. We left our luggage and went to do some sightseeing. When we arrived back we were given our key to our suite and another delicious cookie. Our suite was spotless and a delight to spe

  All members of staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They all appeared to be trying to make sure everything was perfect for us. We cannot praise them enough!   All I can say is wow what an amazing hotel. It was absolutely spotless in every area . The bedroom was not only huge but also very plush indeed and the en-suite was outstanding - you could literally see your reflection in the floor. The price was excellent too especially for a 5 star in - The gym, pool, sauna & steam room are all good & included in rate we got. The staff were helpful & took time to help explain there was engineering works on the district line & to use the Metropolitan line from Aldgate to get to my destination Sunday morning. Location is good for the east end of London as is only 5 mins walk from Tower Bridge.

  Hotel is around 15 minutes walking from London bridge underground and rail station. Two bus stops are within 2 minutes walking distance. Immediatly infront there is a small supermarket and a pizzaria, but nothing else. The hotel itself and the rooms are as always with premier inn branches very clean, comfortable, decent sized with a friendly and h... vad folk säger » elpfull staff. The thyme restaurant offers good breakfast at a reasonable price as well as other meals over the day. Two vending machines are availabl - The staff at the front desk were all cheerful, booked our taxis flawlessly, and provided an electrical adapter for only a deposit. The room was clean and the towels large and plush. The A/C worked fine and kept us quite cool. Bermondsey Square, just one block south, has a lovely courtyard with two nice restaurants (we tried and enjoyed both), a cinema/bar, and a small grocery (which we also found handy on several occasions during our 6 night stay).   Placeringen av första rummet mot en brandtrappa var icke behagande. Men det var inga problem att få ett annat rum med bra läge. Lungt trots centralt läge. - Ett superbra hotell med kanon personal. Vi fick ett jättefint rum med tom tv i badrummet. Kändes lyxigt!
