  I was welcomed and hospitality was very good. The staff were always very willing & helpful. The Manager's intention is to make it homely and friendly and he has achieved that. The outside gives a very different impression to what kindness exists. I hear they will be doing renovations in the quiter months. I wish The Manager & Staff all the very best. - The staff were very friendly & welcoming, room was clean & tidy with all that we needed. Breakfast in the morning was fresh & plentiful. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area that is looking for a budget hotel. We are visiting Southport again in the near future & will book again.

  Friendly reception. Helpful staff. Great choice and quality of breakfast. Convenient to town centre and promenade. Clean and comfortable room with spacious and clean en suite.
