The Guest House was very clean and comfortable and the staff couldn't do enough for you. They really go the extra mile eg: complimentary bottles of water, tea and coffee topped up during the day, chocolates at the side of the bed, turning the bed down and turning the lights on in the evening.
Even in large hotels we have not received this sort

couple we've ever stayed with in a guest house or hotel. I'm a
coeliac and lactose intolerant and they totally took care of my needs
even making a gf carrot cake which was devine. Breakfast was fantastic,
the hotwater bottle in the bed was much appreciated after dancing on
high heels and being out in the cold weather. It was immaculate and very
comfortable, we would highly recommend it and will stay there again if

The Manager's intention is to make it homely and friendly and he has achieved that.

The staff were very friendly & welcoming, room was clean & tidy with all that we needed. Breakfast in the morning was fresh & plentiful. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area that is looking for a budget hotel.
We are visiting Southport again in the near future & will book again.

Dave the host was there to welcome us when we arrived. He was very helpfull, and made us very welcome. The hotel was spotless and are room was very comfortable. On arrival we was asked what time we would like breakfast, we opted for latest time of 9.00am. The breakfast was excellent, and again Dave & Rachael coudn't do enough for us. So overall, great hosts, clean and very comfy room, in a perfect location.

Our landlady made us very welcome and we were able to find a previously-reserved parking spot easily. The breakfasts were hot, satisfying and tasty, and my online request for a vegetarian cooked breakfast had been arranged. The room was quiet, clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. Although we only stayed for 3 nights we felt very relaxed by the time we left and would definitely go back again. The Andora is also really close to the seafront and main town.
