  Great hotel! it's a lot of years that i go to London and i never see a hotel like this! All very clearness, up to the britain standard. We can enter in our rooms with magnetic cards key, it is very useful. The rooms are fantastic, all in mahogany wood with a large lcd tv on the wall. We had a remote control and a keyboard plugged to the tv and than... vad folk säger » ks to that we could use internet for 2 £ daily. - Hotel was excellent. Modern rooms, small but well designed and comfortable. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant cafe was first class. Rooms well stocked with necessities and towels etc replaced frequently. Great location, shop to one side, small cheaper cafe to the other. 1 minute walk from Paddington tube station where there is an express tube to Heathrow!

  Great location, the children loved the spa bath and tv in the bathroom. We were given a late check out and when my son left a valuable item in the apartment, a member if staff went and got it and secured it until it was collected.   Som ett Bed and breakfast ska vara. Supertrevlig personal som gjorde allt för att vi skulle få en trevlig vistelse! Rena och välkomnande rum. Bra läge med gångavstånd till Londons shoppinggator. The room was huge and the sheets were very comfortable to sleep on! The place was very conveniently located near eateries open until late, pharmacies, and a nice supermarket. Bus stop was very near, too. It was very peaceful and quiet. The dog and cat were very cute. Felt like home. - The location is perfect. Close to 3 underground stations and to Oxford Street. It has a familiar atmosphere and the people running the hotel are very nice, helpful and friendly. It is safe and the location is safe surroundings. It is very clean, beds very comfortable, and rooms are very spacious. Good value for money. Breakfast is good. Has wifi everywhere.

  Excellent - The room was really beautiful, and very spacious. The kitchenette was very nice, and there was everything that we needed ( like sugar or coffee ). The staff was very very nice with our! Perfect :)
