  The staff was very helpful and courteous. The location is excellent with Paddington tube and train nearby. Parking was an added feature, but all hotels in the vicinity offer this facility. Room was clean and spacious- we had a family room.

  Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The 24/7 reception and the locking of the doors at night made the place very safe in this particular part of Camden town. Being a student lodge for the most part I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the building was at night and how clean it remained at all times. Suzie (Zuzi) at the reception receives everyone with a great smile and wonderful customer service- she made all the difference in my stay by - I loved my small studio and the kitchen especially. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was great. The managers are all young and very friendly, helped a lot when I had to prolong my stay. The design is calm and I like that every room had a stacked book shelf with all kinds to choose from. Location is perfect; right between 2 main northen line stations and the area is extremely colorful and vibrant. You can ask the staff for most kitchen supplies - pans, pots, plates, washing solutio

  Single room to roadside was clean and tidy, enough space, shower and toilet nearby on the aisle, but for privat use only, was clean and ok, breakfast in the Pub downstairs was continental, a little bit simple but sufficent (coffe/tea, toast, ham, cheese, cereals, juice, fruits), staff friendly and polite. Situated good (10min walk from Kilburn Und... vad folk säger » erground Station, 20min Jubilee Line ride to city center), Kilburn is very cosmopolite, so there is plenty opportunity nearby for excellent dining (or - Room was very spacious, and even had a cute old fashioned stove as an 'original feature' I assume. Wi-Fi was excellent. Table and chairs so you can eat in the room and not be on the bed which was nice. Also we had a sink, fridge, and stove etc in our room. Would've come in handy on a longer stay. Overall it proved a good option for us, as we have been to London several times before, maybe not the best for a first time visitor.

  Great location, the children loved the spa bath and tv in the bathroom. We were given a late check out and when my son left a valuable item in the apartment, a member if staff went and got it and secured it until it was collected.   Som ett Bed and breakfast ska vara. Supertrevlig personal som gjorde allt för att vi skulle få en trevlig vistelse! Rena och välkomnande rum. Bra läge med gångavstånd till Londons shoppinggator. Smidigt med egen nyckel till huset, så man kan komma och gå hur som helst utan att störa någon. Bra förbindelser. The room was huge and the sheets were very comfortable to sleep on! The place was very conveniently located near eateries open until late, pharmacies, and a nice supermarket. Bus stop was very near, too. It was very peaceful and quiet. The dog and cat were very cute. Felt like home. - The location is perfect. Close to 3 underground stations and to Oxford Street. It has a familiar atmosphere and the people running the hotel are very nice, helpful and friendly. It is safe and the location is safe surroundings. It is very clean, beds very comfortable, and rooms are very spacious. Good value for money. Breakfast is good. Has wifi everywhere.
