  Location was excelent being less than 5 mins walk from Paddington station and good tube connections to all central areas needed. A direct bus from kings cross area stopped within a minutes walk of the hotel. Continental breakfast was brought to the room every morning at 8 with enough to eat. Owner very helpful with queries and own key for access i... vad folk säger » nto the hotel at any time. - The service was excellent, we especially love the breakfast service (delivered to your room at 8am sharp), also the location is strategic and convenient - very close to the Paddington train station, there are plenty of halal restaurants nearby (suitable for muslims) etc. It was a pleasant stay, we really enjoyed it.

  We liked the breakfast in bed option, as there is no dining room it was the only option :). We stayed at top floor - 7 flights of stairs, which is fine if you have small suitcase.Broom was updated and clean, howeve the water pressure failed often, so I resorted to take a shower on the other floor at the common area, where the shower was rather ou... vad folk säger » tdated, but it was worth it since I got some good waterpresure and temperature. Room was small, but that is to be expected in europe prime location. T - Nice, calm location, 5 minutes' walk from the Heathrow train. The staff was very friendly and forthcoming. An in-room breakfast package shows a lot of variety and was actually a nice surprise. Although a budget hotel, it does offer a number of amenities, even providing a socket adapter. Overall, excellent value for money in a great location!

  Being a smaller venue makes one feel more valued as a customer. Our rooms were very well appointed and on arrival, I had been upgraded to a larger one. All the staff were helpful and friendly. I particularly liked the efficient breakfast service as we needed to be out early. We had no difficulties hailing taxis. Neither did we encounter any di... vad folk säger » fficulties with the left-luggage facility. - The hotel was clean, comfortable and stylish. The staff were exceptionally helpful and efficient. Of particular interest to me was the fact that there were plenty of pillows on the bed and included one really soft one. A good bed and soft clean bedding is one of the main components for a good night sleep and, after all, that is what I booked the room for.
