  Location was very good - close to Victoria Station but very quiet. There was an excellent place for breakfast 100m from hotel. - Friendly staff, cleanliness, location and facilities. Look no further.....

  Excellent staff help, best hotel bed I have slept in, great (huge!) breakfast. Superb location, only five minutes walk from Victoria station. We could not have asked anything more. It is quaint and makes the tourist feel like a Londoner. - Form the time I arrived the staff were all very pleasant and polite .   The staff made sure we had a nice stay. Rooms were comfortable. It is close to knightsbridge - great if you want to shop from harrods and other shops such as prada and zara - The staff was the kindest I've ever experienced and very helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect and the hotel itself was very nice and clean.

  The staff were plentiful and so accommodating. The girls at the front desk helped me with directions and theatre ideas and warm conversation. I never felt like I was traveling alone. All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. The room service was impressive and the food the best I've ever tasted in a hotel.

  Excellent and beautifully decorated no-expense spared brand new small luxury hotel. They may only have been open a few weeks but they've hit the ground running thanks to the top quality experienced staff. My room was super comfortable and the marble bathroom with heated floor and electric loo gorgeous. The heated cigar terrace must be un - Only stayed for 1 night in May but thought the hotel was absolutely fantastic. It's location in the centre of London is ideal, the quality of the staff training is excellent, the rooms and the personal feel to the hotel is perfect. The use of the curtesy Rolls Royce really topped off a superb stay.
