  Excellent staff help, best hotel bed I have slept in, great (huge!) breakfast. Superb location, only five minutes walk from Victoria station. We could not have asked anything more.   The staff made sure we had a nice stay. Rooms were comfortable. It is close to knightsbridge - great if you want to shop from harrods and other shops such as prada and zara - The staff was the kindest I've ever experienced and very helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect and the hotel itself was very nice and clean.

They may only have been open a few weeks but they've hit the ground running thanks to the top quality experienced staff. My room was super comfortable and the marble bathroom with heated floor and electric loo gorgeous. The use of the curtesy Rolls Royce really topped off a superb stay.
