Clean, tidy, comfortable, and very close to sights in London. Hotel Lily was easily accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast room with plenty of staff to serve breakfast. It looked like hotel had been upgraded recently. I really enjoyed my stay, and thought it was value for money. Overall, I had a really good experience of Hotel

Location is excellent. 2 minutes from West Brompton tube station, 5 minutes from Earl's Court tube station (Exhibition Centre is opposit side of the hotel) and 15 minutes from Fulham Broadway tube station (Chelsea FC 2 further minutes) by walk. Staff is very friendly. Full english breakfast is fine. Recommended and thank you!

Kitchen and 2 bedrooms was nice for the extra room, especially in a city. The location was excellent - restaurants and grocery stores and pubs were close. It was also close to the tube where we could go into many areas of London and it was also a tube stop from the Heathrow airport - very convenient. -

Staff amazingly helpful and friendly - naturally so, not a glossy professional act. Really genuine people; I felt very very much at home in a way that I don't normally in hotels. Price great. My own sink in the room. could open window from bed and lean into the air. Delightful. -

The room we chose suited our needs. I was impressed that they could provide everything a person will need for a comfortable trip. It was cleaned daily.
Although the breakfast was one fixed menu, I had no issues with the breakfast provided.
The staff was very friendly. It is located very close to shops and eateries, as well as a tube station, making this hotel a good choice, if money is the determining factor.
Overall, I would stay here again.

The hotel was clean and stylish with nice finishing touches such as the free soft drinks in the mini bar, ipod dock and speakers in the bathroom. We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment on the food but we did have drinks in the bar and cannot fault the staff, they were friendly and helpful, even giving us a free bottle of house champagne

We had the king room and the facilities and layout, space available was fantastic, decor and choice of room furniture is brilliant and gives added value to the stay, the room had two large double beds plus a lounge area and seating area for desktop work. The location of this B&B is exclusive as it is a few steps away from Holland Park tube station while there's a nice footpath right next to the hotel that takes you straight to Holland Park. The people are extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms on the 3rd floor - superior singles - really were superior and great value. I would certainly stay there again. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.
