  Clean, tidy, comfortable, and very close to sights in London. Hotel Lily was easily accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast room with plenty of staff to serve breakfast. It's a great place for families, backpackers, and tourists who are out during the day. I would definitely stay again. - Location is excellent. 2 minutes from West Brompton tube station, 5 minutes from Earl's Court tube station (Exhibition Centre is opposit side of the hotel) and 15 minutes from Fulham Broadway tube station (Chelsea FC 2 further minutes) by walk. Staff is very friendly. Full english breakfast is fine. Recommended and thank you!

  My husband and I wanted to spend a weekend in London sight seeing and wanted to stay somewhere where they offered private bathroom and an English breakfast but didnt break the bank. This guesthouse was very central to shops buses and the underground in Shepherds Bush. We opted for a twin room which gave us a bigger bed, which was comfortable which does make a change from many other places we have sta - The room we chose suited our needs. I was impressed that they could provide everything a person will need for a comfortable trip. It was cleaned daily. Although the breakfast was one fixed menu, I had no issues with the breakfast provided. The staff was very friendly. It is located very close to shops and eateries, as well as a tube station, making this hotel a good choice, if money is the determining factor. Overall, I would stay here again.

  The hotel was clean and stylish with nice finishing touches such as the free soft drinks in the mini bar, ipod dock and speakers in the bathroom. We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment on the food but we did have drinks in the bar and cannot fault the staff, they were friendly and helpful, even giving us a free bottle of house champagne ... wat mensen zeggen » because it was our anniversary (and we'd spent quite a bit on champagne in there already!). The location next to Earls Court tube was fantastic, we we - We had the king room and the facilities and layout, space available was fantastic, decor and choice of room furniture is brilliant and gives added value to the stay, the room had two large double beds plus a lounge area and seating area for desktop work. Free internet and free minibar included as part of the package. It is 2 minutes walk from earls court tube and 1 minutes walk from earls court high street.
