  De var exakta och artiga, mycket hjälpsamma - The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They graciously upgraded our room at a very good price. The view over Kensingtown Garden was beautiful. We could even see the London Eye. The Garden rooms are well worth the extra money. Full English Breakfast, while pricey compared to others, was excellent but then this is 5* London so fair value. We chose this hotel based on quality and location for the Royal Albert Hall (5 min walk at most).

  We stayed in an executive studio and couldn't be more satisfied! The staff were really nice and friendly, the studio was spacious, clean and had everything you could possibly ask for. And the location makes it even better - 3 minutes walk to both buses and underground (Notting Hill Gate) which takes you to Oxford street in 10 minutes. My first comment is, 10 Pembridge gardens is the cleanest hotel that I ever stayed in London.. Very friendly staff, especially dear Manu Mohan :) hotel is only 200 steps away from Notting Hill gate tube station. Very close to Tesco, Boots and some more cafes. Since the rooms have own kitchen, we cooked everything at home. I must say, all the staff in kitchen were so clean and new.. Congratulations to this hotel for being so good. I will never ever

  My girlfriends and i had an amazing stay. The men collected our bags. All the staff were lovely. The rooms were beautiful and it was peaceful for its location. The breakfast was well worth having.   The design/decor of room and common areas, comfy bedding, great lounge area... would have loved to stayed longer. Plush bedding and pillows were perfect as was the overall decor. Room on 5th floor was also very bright and quiet. Toward Knightsbrigde, we can walk through Wolton street which is interesting.

  I like the artsy, contemporary feel of the whole hotel - it feels like an understated and less visually disoriented W Hotel full of wonder, fun and craftiness. It is literally a stone's throw from Harrod's department store; however it is located on a quiet little street so you are able to get the best of both worlds.   We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that it was a suite set up, as this made it easy for our young son to go to bed before us. The free water, starbucks coffee and lovely toiletries were an added bonus. Choice of pillows alos excellent and superb beds for comfort. It has a lovely relaxing and welcoming feeling to the hotel. The staff are very well trained and always pleasent and helpful. The bar of the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and is very popular which I have found in other hotels we have stopped in, not to be the case.
