  The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They graciously upgraded our room at a very good price. The view over Kensingtown Garden was beautiful. We could even see the London Eye. The Garden rooms are well worth the extra money. Full English Breakfast, while pricey compared to others, was excellent but then this is 5* London so fair value.   We stayed in an executive studio and couldn't be more satisfied! The staff were really nice and friendly, the studio was spacious, clean and had everything you could possibly ask for. And the location makes it even better - 3 minutes walk to both buses and underground (Notting Hill Gate) which takes you to Oxford street in 10 minutes. Very friendly staff, especially dear Manu Mohan :) hotel is only 200 steps away from Notting Hill gate tube station. Very close to Tesco, Boots and some more cafes.   My girlfriends and i had an amazing stay. The men collected our bags. All the staff were lovely. The rooms were beautiful and it was peaceful for its location. The breakfast was well worth having. Room on 5th floor was also very bright and quiet.   We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that it was a suite set up, as this made it easy for our young son to go to bed before us. The free water, starbucks coffee and lovely toiletries were an added bonus. Choice of pillows alos excellent and superb beds for comfort.
