  This was an exceptional apartment, very spacious , modern, luxurious in its decor and furnishings. Extreamly well positioned for the city with wonderful veiws from the balcony over the river. The onsite underground car park was extreamly convienient with good security and access to the apartment by lift. The bathrooms, yes two for a one bed apartm... vad folk säger » ent, were very modern and spotless. There was also a small utility room with a washer /dryer. The bed and the lounge seating were very comfortable - Is everything too general? We were on our honeymoon, traveling all around Scotland and Highland ended up being our favorite. We will be coming back to visit in a few years and will forgo other places next time, just setting up our base camp at the Highland Apartments so many things to see within driving distance, beautiful view, walkability is magnificent, so comfortable. Loved it!

  Mary, the proprietor, contacted me prior to the arrival date and gave me clear directions on how to find the apartment. On arrival Mary was waiting to show me around the property and explain the entry/exit systems, fire alarms etc. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The apartment has a small balcony which provides - Apartment 208 at By the Bridge was a great place to stay during our short break in Inverness. Stylish and well appointed, with quality furniture and linens, this one-bedroom apartment was perfectly located with shops and restaurants right on the doorstep. The underground car park was easy to find and very convenient. The pre-arrival information was very clear & helpful and key pick-up was straightforward.

  Nice place, friendly staff, great view. - The house is really lovely, clean and warm. The bathroom is in good condition as well. Good location - near the supermarket, information centre, local tour picking up stop and the coach station. And the breakfast is just home-like!

  The location, the sense of familiarity. Being a solo traveller you felt secure and that if something went wrong there would be help. At breakfast with the other guests, while at separate tables, the host made it feel like a big friendly group. The owners know the area and were very helpful. And they even opened a day early when I arrived earlie... vad folk säger » r than planned! It was a perfect location, felt safe. Loved the entire stay and would go back without a doubt. Joan and Javed were so lovely - and - The staff were incredible. We left early, before breakfast the breakfast hours had started, and they were kind enough to pack us sandwiches and fruit to take with us on the train. The rooms were bright and clean, and both the mattresses and the pillows were deliciously comfortable. (This was in contrast to previous hotels on our trip.) I would very happily stay here again.

  The friendliness of all the staff. I must make comment on theexcellent service that followed me stating that one of theflurouresent tubes in the bathroom was 'flashing' and was making mefeel unwell. Whilst I was breakfasting the matter was resolved - 30minutes at rthe outside. Well done. - The hotel isvery central.   I liked having my own front door key and access to the code for the middle door which meant I could come and go without disturbing anyone. The single room was small but big enough and well appointed.The en-suite shower was lovely and the coffee and Kit Kat very welcome after a day in town, Breakfast was really good. The hotel is well situated only 5 mins from the town centre and railway station and i - I had emailed to say that I would arrive late. I was welcomed with warmth but without fuss, the room was small but very cleverly designed & spotless, inc ensuite. Breakfast was ample with a wide choice (Im a veggie) and a bottomless cup. I saw the lounge but did not use it as I was so late arrivng, I would definitely stay again & recommend it, esp for city trip as it is so convenient.
