  We are a mature couple and we stayed initially for 4 nights, then extended another 3, then another 2. Great location. Very quiet, yet just a few minutes walk to town centre, with lots of shops, cafes, etc.. Very helpful and friendly lady runs the place (a couple actually run it, but we did not see the man much). We were glad that we were not pu... vad folk säger » t off by the shared bathroom. It was right next to the double room we were in and was very clean so sharing did not really matter. We did not bother t - I stayed in a single room on the second floor overlooking the castle, the view at night is amazing. Eventhough bathroom on a sharing basis, but it was very clean. Breakfast selection was good. During my stay it was a bit chilly, they even gave me another blanket. It was a quiet place to stay, 5 minutes walking distance to town.

  A very short walk from the train or bus station. Premier Inn is very clean and appears to be newly built. We were met with a smile and a friendly attitude. They are very energy conscious and the first thing you notice when you get to your room you need to use your card/room key to activate the main lights. OK by me. The cereal was in a clear plastic container with a dispenser at the bottom so y - The staff who greeted us were really delightful, friendly & knowledgeable. The decor in the restaurant/bar areas is just lovely. Our rooms were perfectly clean & tidy & a positive must go to the cleaners who were lovely when we encountered them also. Breakfasts were fine. Special mention to Stefan in the restaurant bar area.....he was just beautiful the way he dealt with an elderly couple who were sitting next to us. He is a special asset to your hotel.

  The friendliness of all the staff. I must make comment on theexcellent service that followed me stating that one of theflurouresent tubes in the bathroom was 'flashing' and was making mefeel unwell. Whilst I was breakfasting the matter was resolved - 30minutes at rthe outside. Well done. - The hotel isvery central.   I liked having my own front door key and access to the code for the middle door which meant I could come and go without disturbing anyone. The single room was small but big enough and well appointed.The en-suite shower was lovely and the coffee and Kit Kat very welcome after a day in town, Breakfast was really good. Fruit juice, fruit salad, cer... vad folk säger » eals and a full fry up if wished. Loved the individual haggis!! The hotel is well situated only 5 mins from the town centre and railway station and i - I had emailed to say that I would arrive late. I was welcomed with warmth but without fuss, the room was small but very cleverly designed & spotless, inc ensuite. Breakfast was ample with a wide choice (Im a veggie) and a bottomless cup. I saw the lounge but did not use it as I was so late arrivng, I would definitely stay again & recommend it, esp for city trip as it is so convenient.

  We drove straight to Inverness after getting off the plane so it was our first experience with Scotland. Arafeh was absolutely lovely bringing us in, giving us directions, recommendations for restaurants, and so on. He even recommended that we go for a walk down to the island and back after dinner and it was one of the highlights of our trip. G... vad folk säger » orgeous, relaxing, and lovely.
