  I've just returned from a 3 day trip to London with my mum and we absolutely loved our stay at London Bridge Hotel. The location is fantastic, just round the corner from the tube station and Borough Market. Our room was comfortable and welcoming and very quiet even on a Saturday night. - Room was comfortable. We upgraded to executive room for £40 per night which was good value as it then gave us breakfast and complimentry drinks and food in a privare room between 5pm and 6pm on both nights. We were given the delicious warm cookie to eat while we checked in. We left our luggage and went to do some sightseeing.   First of all I'd like to thank the staff of the hotel, they're extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are very good taste designed, comfortable with everything you may need.   Hotel is around 15 minutes walking from London bridge underground and rail station. Two bus stops are within 2 minutes walking distance. Immediatly infront there is a small supermarket and a pizzaria, but nothing else. Two vending machines are availabl - The staff at the front desk were all cheerful, booked our taxis flawlessly, and provided an electrical adapter for only a deposit. Bermondsey Square, just one block south, has a lovely courtyard with two nice restaurants (we tried and enjoyed both), a cinema/bar, and a small grocery (which we also found handy on several occasions during our 6 night stay). The bedroom was not only huge but also very plush indeed and the en-suite was outstanding - you could literally see your reflection in the floor.   It is an elegant hotel in a quiet but very nice district. It is very close to London Bridge, Tate Modern, Borough Market, Shakespeare globe. We also had a great view onto the courtyard where the sun came in, and were able to see the park. We were able to leave bags for the day. Tower Bridge was just down the road! Short bus journey to Waterloo/Southbank areas too.

  We needed a comfortable hotel near Aldgate and HAC, as we were meeting friends in Aldgate and going to a dinner at HAC. This hotel looks and feels brand new but has actually been open for years.
