We were greeted immediately upon on our arrival from a very helpful, efficient member of the reception team. As we had arrived early our room wasn’t quite ready, but the receptionist immediately got onto the housekeeping to make it a priority. The front desk managed to get us rooms when we checked in at 10am after arriving straight from the airport. Another plus point was the close proximity to both Bank and Monument tube stations as well as Liverpool Street Station. There's a nearby Sainsbury and Tesco Metro stores for added convenience. I booked Hotel Indigo for my husband's 30th birthday and it really was ideal. We had hoped for a relaxing city break and that is what we got.
The staff we incredibly friendly and helpful and offered us a complimentary glass of wine and a turn-down service because it was hubby's birthday, which was lovely.
The hotel décor was modern and clean and the room (superior double) was well furnished, comfortable and stylish.

The staff at the front desk were all cheerful, booked our taxis flawlessly, and provided an electrical adapter for only a deposit. The room was clean and the towels large and plush. The A/C worked fine and kept us quite cool. Staff were good and attentive, good value if you are staying for a weekend as the City is shut, absolutely nothing open within a square mile! so be prepared to get a taxi into the lively parts of London, we paid a tenner each way into Covent Garden so based on the weekend saving it was worth it, have stayed in better 5* hotels than this but ok.

Extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay! Very quick check in with lovely staff who helped us to find bus routes.
The room we stayed in was amazing - everything from the layout to the comfy bed and huge shower made our stay so fun. We also had a great view onto the courtyard where the sun came in, and were able to see the park.
We were able to leave bags for the day. Tower Bridge was just down the road! Short bus journey to Waterloo/Southbank areas too.

When we arrived the staff were extremely friendly. We were given a map of London and was showed where the local attractions were, and the closest tube stations too. We were upgraded to a larger room for our Honeymoon which had a balcony. The room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable.
