I like the price (i've got deals for just over £10) and the very
layed back atmosphere and the staff are very friendly,and it fantastic
easy to travel from the station, a few minutes walk away, and the
seaside the same. And you have 24 hour opening.Don't go if your

The staff was very friendly and the location was excellent. Bed was real comfortable (i had the top bunk). I only stayed for a night but it was a pleasant experience!!

I often travel on a budget, and I must say I've rarely been that happy with a hotel. Big room, very clean, even had a shower inside! Most budget places have shared facilities and can be really tiny.

We have stayed here twice and have been more than happy! The rooms are clean, comfortable and all you will need for a weekend in Brighton. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of Brighton so perfectly located. We would definitely stay there again!

Great rooms we had three rooms the penthouse, sea view and a double without a view,
Lovely friendly staff so helpful best staff I've met at a hotel in a long time!
Fab location close to everything the pier, restaurants and nightlife!

Staff were generally friendly. The room was very 'homely' even though it was obviously a very old building. Was cosy at night. The area wasn't too noisy even though it was on the beach. Very pleased with my stay, already planning to stay here again when me and my friend next visit Brighton.

friendliness of staff. The room was simple but really nice. The whole hotel was comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Very reasonably priced. We definitely had the best room in the hotel with the best views!! Our room had a large bay window (glass from floor to ceiling) with an amazing view of the sea and the pier! Great location, over looking lovely green and not some dirty old street.
Second visit here & would definelty come again. Parking is an issue but were given details of a road that was only a 15min walk away, but for £5 for 24 hour who cares.
Good breakfast, good size rooms, perfect for the not so fussy people & perfect value for money. Staff were great, no problems with any requets for taxi booking etc.
Very good and will definelty stay here on our next visit to Brighton
