Location relative to conference centre very easy (and town centre). Overlooks the beach.

Great place, very clean, comfortable bed, great location. I would recommend to anyone who fancy a bit of a different break. Brighton is unique in itself but this place is spot on.

What's not to like
Great rooms we had three rooms the penthouse, sea view and a double without a view,
Lovely friendly staff so helpful best staff I've met at a hotel in a long time!
Fab location close to everything the pier, restaurants and nightlife!
Penthouse has a great lounge area to sit and socialise with friends, we travelled as two couples and a friend (we are all straight not that it matters to us what so ever)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a large room with 3 single beds and plent of room to walk around. The view was amazing, and perfect for us to get ready in and crash for one night. Staff were generally friendly. The room was very 'homely' even though it was obviously a very old building. Was cosy at night. The area wasn't too noisy even though it was on the beach. Very pleased with my stay, already planning to stay here again when me and my friend next visit Brighton.

It was a very enjoyable experience. We managed to find a late deal so the price of the room was reasonable. We definitely had the best room in the hotel with the best views!! Our room had a large bay window (glass from floor to ceiling) with an amazing view of the sea and the pier! Great location, over looking lovely green and not some dirty old street.
Second visit here & would definelty come again. Parking is an issue but were given details of a road that was only a 15min walk away, but for £5 for 24 hour who cares.
Good breakfast, good size rooms, perfect for the not so fussy people & perfect value for money. Staff were great, no problems with any requets for taxi booking etc.
Very good and will definelty stay here on our next visit to Brighton
